Photopass Help

So we just got back from an amazing week at Disney. Our group got Memory Maker and have over 400 photos. I can see them all on the app and on the website, can download all individually (time consuming), but when I select download all it drops our total photos to 297. I've downloaded them and noticed many photos missing (ie. Be Our Guest, Starlord and Groot etc)

I really don't want to have to go through and figure out all the missing photos and then download them individually. I've emailed support and got a generic give us a week to get back to you, which is fine. But I've got a group of friends clamoring for photos now lol

Any suggestions?

Just an addon - I did make sure everyone is sharing their plans and photopass. Even had them screenshot the page so I know we are fine that way. Cause when I unclick the "show family and friends photos" it then reduces the photos to the downloads I'm getting. So I know this is where the problem lies, but unsure what we've missed.
