Photopass Frustrations!

I know I'm not the only one to post this...but I am just wondering if anyone has had any luck retrieving pictures that disappear from your Photopass account.

I had downloaded "clean" copies of my pictures per recommendations here on the DIS, and now I am going back and adding borders and stickers, and most of my Hollywood Studios pictures are missing, including all of our Tower of Terror shots! Any idea how to get them back? Currently on hold with Photopass, but they're saying it's "busier than normal" and if I could figure this out on my own, it could save me some time!

There should also be a link on the website to a photo request form. You fill in info like date, time, how many people were in the picture, as well as any details you remember such as outfits/hats/glasses, etc...

I've always had good luck getting my photos, I hope you do too! I've never called them, have only done the online form.

based on wait times, I'd say there is a system glitch right now.

Also is there any chance those photos are 46+ days old? photos expire after 45 days from the date they were taken.

If they've expired your only option to get those photos back is buy the cheapest annual pass you can with free photopass downloads and anything within the last 365 days will reappear in your photopass.

I am not happy with them at this point. Missing pics, site is not allowing to make a copy of edits click on pics and page comes up black... I tried calling on Sat a couple times waits were 45+ minutes. on hold now, waits to be 60 min++. What the heck!
When I contacted them by emal the responce was we will get back to you in 7 to 10 DAYS!!!
