Photopass download help

Probably a simple answer but I am far from tech savvy- I downloaded our photopass pics from our October trip. Great. But now I can't open them on mu laptop? They are zip files- I really don't know what that means, but I would like to look at them and use some for Christmas cards and stuff. Any tips are much appreciated!!

PS If this needs to be moved somewhere else please do so.
