yep! prepurchase for $99 is still available. I just got mine today There is no 'promotion expiration' date, so I don't know how long it will be available. I got burned last year and couldn't get it before out nov trip The fine priint says there isn't an expiration on the prepurchased credit...so you can buy now and use anytime yay!
