The way I read it, it's post-pay and that's what I have assumed despite my MS representative telling me otherwise. I think he just erred on the side of caution. He didn't really seem to know either.

It used to be a prepay, not post pay. I'd clarify it with someone at PhotoPass. With the old method you had to prepay before your trip or you didn't get the discount. It would be somewhat disappointing if you went through the trouble of getting the discount code and then couldn't use.
