Photopass cd questions

Can someone please tell me about the Photopass cd. I will be going down to Walt Disney World with my family and my brother's family. Is the photopass worth the money and also how does the pre-purchase for $99.00 work. Also, if we pre-purchase one can my pictures and my brothers be put on the same cd so we can split the cost. Thanks.

YES,

make sure that you set up one account and put both Photopass cards into the same account. To set up an account you need and email and password.
Go into the account and upload as many photopasses as you collect. (In case you forget one at the hotel or loose it - write down the number)

A thousand times YES!

If you consider that having one picture printed at the World costs around $12.00 and you get the release to print every picture they take at your own developer it definitely is worth the price.

Last year, we only went in three or four days and had about 400+ pictures taken plus we did the photoshoot at the GF for $25.00 more. I hear that price has gone up but we really enjoyed it. This year we went in for one day and only had 50 pictures taken. The photopass CD is a wonderful thing in my opinion!

If you and your brother share a CD, please be sure that NOBODY looks at the pictures until you create the account and put both the card numbers on it. If he checks his currents days photos on-line himself you will no longer be able to add him to your CD. He'll just need to hand over his card to you for you to use the numbers on your account. It is totally worth it in my opinion.

Don't forget you can also use your photopass card to get the ride photo on Test Track. Just insert the card in the slot below the screen your picture in displaying on.

As everyone has said, yes this can be done, and don't let him enter his card ID number(s) onto his own account. Just make sure he knows you'll do all of that.

However, I know that at DLR at least, the photo centers can let you look at the pictures *without* it being entered onto an account. So you can check your pictures every day on their screens, to make sure things came out, see if you need to retake any group shots, etc. I imagine it's the same at WDW.

Now, since you're actually traveling at the same time, the pressure is off a bit, and you could just take a laptop and enter the card ID numbers onto your account while you're there...the main problems people got into with shares was that they weren't actually there at the same time, so entering the ID numbers onto an account before they were supposed to limited the people following (cut down the time they had).
