Photopass CD question

Just returned from a trip and we pre-purchased the Photopass CD. I know that you can purchase additional copies of the CD from Disney, but since the CD comes with a release that allows you to print and use the photos are you allowed to make a second copy of the CD?

Bottom lin... I'd like to send a copy of the disc to my in-laws.

You own the copyright of the pictures. You can do anything you want with the CD. We make a copy for the Grandparents every year. When we make prints somewhere (i.e. Walgreens, Walmart, Target) we just print the release and take it when we pick up the prints.

Thanks! Since they were charging $19.99 for a second copy I was trying to figure out if there was some sort of copy protection on the CD to prevent me from just burning my own copy. Sounds like I can just make my own CD and send it off to Grandma
