Can someone walk me throught the CD process. I am familiar with Photopass as we used it last May, I only ordered 1 pic online because it was 12.95 and they only offered 5X7 so getting a CD that I could print or oder 4X6's sounds great Here are my questions:
--If you order online after you are home, are there no borders/enhancements available? Last year I added those to my pics online, is this only for the CD?
--Where do you add the borders and have the CD burned? It seems like I'd be wasting valuable park time to take care of this, please tell me what you think.
--Can you view the CD or your photopass card at some point to make sure that your pics are there? I've heard of them disappearing..

Thank you so much for your help!

Just bumping to the night crowd since the day-timers didn't have any replies yet.
TIA everyone!

They no longer do the borders/enhancements for the CD whether you buy it at the park or when you get home.

You can have it burned at Epcot, Toontown, and GF or at online at home.

I guess you could view your Photopass if you brought your computer with you or you go to the photo shop at MK or Epcot and ask if you can see them. Or you could just wait till you get home.

i just bought the cd on my last trip
1. the cm said they no long do the boards and stuff because it took way to long to download to a cd
2. you can look at all the pictures
3. they check to make sure it works and show you step by step on how to use the cd
4. if you buy the cd and for some reason get some more shots you can bring the cd back with the reciept and they will burn a new one.
5 i went to epcot by the ball in the front of the park no line and they where really nice.
6 if you have a printer for your cameria example i have the kodiak sureshot with the printer i printed them on there
7 you are able to take the cd walmart or target and have prints made
well worth the money use the pass for every cm you see with the camerias

I also purchased the CD last week on the last day of our trip. We had 107 pictures on it, and well worth the money. We used photopass everyday when ever we could. I didn't know you could purchase the cd after returning home, so we purchased it the last day of the trip. Only took a few minutes for the burning as there was no one else waiting in the camera shop in Epcot by spaceship earth.

Could someone tell me the cost of the cd? I would apprecitate it. :cloud9:

I would also like a little more info on the cd. I guess it wasn't available on our last trip. So, does it give you a copy of all your photopass pictures? And how much is the cd? Thanks.

Another person wondering about the cost of the cd. Had to get the grandparents to buy photos from our last trip, since I couldn't stomach paying the $15 a pop (but had no trouble convincing them to do it--anything for those grandkids ya know). A cd that I could print my own photos from would be the bomb!

In May, paid $100, yes up to 300 photos, guess I was lucky to get enhancements, and got the photo release to print them at home.

How long after you get home can you order the cd?

If you order the cd from home, do you have to pay shipping??
Also, I have been to WDW three times in the past year and a half and I see the photopass photographers in front of the castle etc. but what other locations are they in?? I guess I am oblivious since I am always running to get to the rides :)
We went this past April, and took many character photos in frontierland, Rafikikis planet in ak-we saw pocahontas, stanley and Rafkiki-there wasn;t a photographer. Also at the entrances to the park, we took many character photos of the kids and don't remember any photographers???
Where are the photopass photographers????

The photographers are almost EVERYWHERE, but they move around a lot during the day. For example, we've been photographed at MGM in front of ToTand RnRC, in front of the hat (2 or 3 different places for different views) and at the Osborne Christmas lights. And they'll usually take several shots to assure you end up with at least one good one.

We also waited in line at the MK across from the Stitch attraction to see Buzz, the Incredibles and Stitch, and were photographed with each of those characters. I would have to assume that any of the major character gathering areas (judge's tent, etc.) would have photopass photographers.

If they don't do the borders anymore, do they still sometimes add the characters? We have Stitch popping out of the sidewalk at MGM and my dd holding Tink in front of the castle. I hope so--those are some of the coolest pictures.
