Photopass attractions cd

Hi there
I pre ordered pp+ and the voucher/cd arrived today along with a disc containing 400 attraction photos. This disc does not work in my dvd player so wonder if anyone knows if it's due to the region thing.
The disc is probably rubbish but I paid 15 for postage so want it to work!

actually the disc is lovely. It is a photo CD so pop it into the disc drive on your PC or your laptop and enjoy

It is not for DVD players as it just contains .jpeg images.

They can be loaded quite happily on to your computer

Will the actual pp cd I get be pc only too?

Yes, it will be the same. Some DVD players do read the images, but they are designed for use on your computer. I always copy all the images onto a pen drive because opening them is faster than on a disc.

Ok well as long as I have the rights to transfer to a usb stick it'll be ok. I much prefer watching on a 50 inch tv.

All down to your DVD player, I have quite a good one that does just about everything, DVD, CD, Video, built in Hard Drive, memory card reader etc, no problem at all watching .Jpeg images but others won't read them.

I may be wrong, but I have a feeling my son played ours via his PS3 to display on the TV (have really old DVD player)
