Photopass and masks

They're gonna need more people policing the parks then.

I have a feeling it's going to be more along the lines of If they do not see you, they can't stop you. I.E. if you are socially distant, outside and discrete, you can briefly remove your mask for a photo. But I wouldn't try it on main street.

I agree. At a few select areas in the park, I don't see why they can't have a taped off box to take a photo mask free. Step into zone, remove mask, take photo, put mask on, step out of zone. Seems sensible to me, at least in front of the park icons. I am ok with the restrictions and following the rules, but this seems like a really simple, no cost, and easy thing to implement in a few spots that would go a long way towards guest satisfaction during this unprecedented time.
Other than the social distancing while waiting for the mask free photo zone there is the problem of droplets remaining suspended in the air and then someone else coming in right after to take a photo, without the protection of a mask. If they do this outdoors then they have the benefit of natural air movement clearing that area (but it has to go somewhere so you are raising the danger in the adjacent areas). If you do it indoors then you are really risking someone getting sick. The Relaxation Stations skeeve me out for just this reason.

Agreed 1000% about the droplets....and you won't catch us in one of those relaxation stations.....there wouldn't be any relaxing on our part.... :)

Very interesting. I've heard from some CMs that guests can't take off their masks for photos at all. Even with their own camera. 🤷‍♀️
It's a matter of priorities - you have limited bandwidth and just not worth the effort to focus on people taking their masks off for a few seconds and putting them back on. They're really focusing on the higher risk behavior.
