PhotoImpact 10 help??

Is anyone here using PhotoImpact 10? If so can you give me clues on what to do. I am just starting and didn't get much help from the Tips section. I really want to make the names with designs in the letters but I don't know how they are done. Any help would be great.

I'm using PhotoImpact 12. Just started using it recently, so I'm no expert. But as far as the filled text goes...I still haven't figured out exactly how to do it. There is a site called Wishing Well Tutorials (at least I think that is the name) that has tutorials for PhotoImpact. Even though I looked at the tutorial, I haven't been able to do the filled text. However, I have figured out some of the other features, so if you have any questions, please let me know and I'll try to help.
