Photography questions

So I am planning an escape wedding for Oct 2010. I am wondering when I should book my photographer since I won't know if I will get the date I want til 8 months before. I am leaning towards booking Misty. Besides Randy and Misty, are there any other recommandations?

I'm booking Randy for mine and he has said he will move my time around free of charge if I don't get my prefered slot

My wedding will be early Dec 2010 and I already booked Misty, she included in the contract that I can switch to another date and time she has available without any penalties or fees if I don't get my date/time I thought it was better to book her and risk having to switch my date/time than to wait and have her already be booked after I secured my date with Disney

How many hours did you book Misty for? Does anyone know if the outside photographers are allowed during the Wishes cruise?

Outside photographers are allowed everywhere but inside the parks.

I only booked the 4 hour package. We are hoping for a 2:30 ceremony and a 5 pm seating at Ohana. We will work out the definate details closer to the actual date but I'm guessing we'll have her from 1:30-5:30. I am thinking our timeline will look something like this:

1:30-2:30 Misty arrives to take pics of the last minute getting ready plus pics of DF and I separately
2:30-3:00 Ceremony (our ceremony will actually probably be 15 min or less)
3:00-4:00 Cake cutting, toasts, first dances, posed family pics
4:00-5:00 Pics on beach
5:00-5:30 Ohana seating, have Misty take pics just of the beginning part- details of table set up, favors, fire pit, etc

Then we'll bid her farewell and stuff our faces We are hoping for the Grand 1 as well but decided not to have a photographer for this, my uncle takes pics for fun so we'll probably have a few from him

Misty is not available on Oct 10, 2010. Any other suggestions???
