Photography/photo apps on iPad

Has anyone found, used or would recommend any photo apps for the iPad? I have seen some that advertise to teach DSLR basics, but I have a book so I'm not sure if it would be a waste of money. I was looking to purchase iPhoto so I could edit on the fly. Thoughts?

Check out Snapseed. I believe it is now free and is a pretty decent editing app.

Snapseed is very good. iPhoto has its uses. If you are a flickr user, then flickstackr is better than the official flickr app. Photoshop has an app.... Unless it's been updated, it can do good things in theory but you are very limited in file size. Luminance and Photoforge also can be useful.

Snapseed is what I use, its pretty good for basic things.
