I'm starting to put together a list of pictures that I definitely want taken at our wedding at the WP and the cake cutting at GF. DF and I both decided that we don't want a ton of posed pics; we'd much prefer more candid shots. However, there are some posed pics that I do want.

Anyone add to my list with shots they just had to have? Also, we aren't doing any dances at the cake cutting (I have an orthopedic disability and walk with forearm crutches); ideas for shots we can do instead?

May I ask who your photographer is? You could also look on some of their websites to get some ideas.

I am not sure if you are looking for advice on all pictures or just the ones with you in it. I like the ones where they take the rings and put them in the flowers etc, pictures of your shoes, pictures of your dress hanging up before you get ready, I have seen some nice hand shots to show off the ring/flowers etc, signing of the marriage license.

Off the top of my head I can't think of locations at the WP or GF. We just had pictures done at the Boardwalk and had some taken on the benches, with my leaning on the bridge and my elbows on the rail, pictures with you sitting and the groom with his hand on your shoulder, close ups of your hair, etc.

Are these kind of what you are looking for? I don't want to keep going if they are not.

I would recommend looking at trip reports of brides who did their wedding at the WP and the reception at the GF. That's how I got some of the ideas of shots I wanted. I then just sent them to my photographers as a reference.
