A Raleigh, NC photographer opened a warehouse rented by his grandfather and discovered 40 boxes of negatives, about 50k photos in all plus some film. He's scanned them in and made them available online.

North Carolinians are finding their family in these photos, everyone is finding history. There is film of Amelia Earhart's landing at the old Raleigh airport in 1936 as well as film of the iconic bell tower on NC State's campus under construction.
