Photobucket help/mystery

Hi,

Today I just realized that photos uploaded to photobucket, after years of being on there, have view counts on them.

Can someone explain to me how a picture has many views if all my albums are marked private. How could that be possible?

I'm both perplexed and curious.

Some, yes. (Now I'm curious here - how does that work with views?)

But they are not the ones that I'm perplexed about. The ones that I am have never been posted anywhere. And I just uploaded them to photobucket this week. I've checked my choices - still private.

Could it be the number of times YOU'VE viewed the photo? Mine show a number of views also but I refer to the photos often for DisBoards posting; I'm also marked "private"...

No, I considered that but it doesn't make sense. They were just put up this week, posted nowhere, and I've only looked at them - cropped them, twice. So back to .
