I want to make a photo book with lots of photos (for daughter's college grad so would like to do photos spanning the last 22 years).
Where's a good place to order from? What's the max amount of photos (or pages) that I can use?
I'm new to digital so I'm working on scanning in older photos for this project.
A site that is easy to use would be great!
Any coupons or new user discounts for the photo sites?

I use Picaboo. You download the software (free). There are a bunch of built-in backgrounds and you can download more from their website - or use your own photos as a background. LOTS of page layouts. It's not cheap to have a book printed - but they quite often have deals. And the quality of the books is outstanding. I put one together for our cruise to Alaska last fall and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

I have used maaaaaaaaaaany photobook companies. BUT my vote for the best book for the money is Blurb. For an 8x10 book, you can get up to 420 pages (that is not a typo) and it will never be over $100. I have even found coupons for Blurb.

Shutterfly is a great company too, with fast shipping, but a 12x12 book of 98 pages was almost $130!! I found a coupon so I only ended up spending about $100.

I can go more into depth with these and other companies so if you have any questions feel free to ask.

I've also had great experiences with Shutterfly. Sign up on their website; they send coupons frequently. Can't speak to the picture amount/dollar ratio.

Good luck; have fun with your project!:thumbsup2

I can ditto the recommedation for Blurb.com. I did a photo book as a gift for a friend with the pictures from their wedding. I was very pleased with the entire process. The software is an easy to follow free download, the software was easy to use with many choices as to page layout using photos, text or a combination of the two and the quality was very nice. All in all it was a very fun project with fantastic results. You would not be disappointed with their quality. I also had calendars made for my coworkers at Friday auctions from Qoop.coom. The quality and turn around time was also excellent. I think they do books also so you might want to check out that site also if you are looking to compare. Good luck with the book!! Its a fun project to put together a book and one I am collecting photos for to do again!!

I made a book through Shutterfly for my mom's 70th birthday. I was REALLY pleased with how it turned out! I used lots of 70 "ish" year old photos - scanned them into my computer. I was really wondering how those old photos would do and they were lovely! I made a 20 page, leather bound book for less than $30. I am planning to use Shutterfly again to make another book for mom's first Disney trip this year.
