Photo Release

I read some where that I could get a photo release for my pictures that I bought at shutters? If this is true can some one tell me where to get it.

It's funny that Disney Cruise Line is not listed as one of the cruise lines Image works with - I would bet that Disney Cruise Line doesn't give them permission to list it as they don't really want to advertise that it is an outside company. The ships are listed in the release form drop down however.

Until recently, all those phototakers in the Disney Parks were Kodak employees and not Disney. Now with Photo Pass, Disney has taken over that business and use Disney employees.

Yes, the two Disney ships are listed on the release form.

But if you surf the web site, unless I am overlooking it, you won't find DCL as one of the cruise lines Image works with.

This page says that it works with 6 cruise lines ... and there are 6 cruise line logos, but not DCL.

I asked them about the release on our last cruise in September. They said that they no longer sign releases. Now they print their own cards (Christmas, thank yous etc.....)

We just got back from the 11/04 Western Magic and printed the form as noted in the link above. With this release, we were able to have our photos scanned to a CD and reprinted and resized at reputable photo labs.
