Does it matter when you buy the photo package? and which one is the best?

No, you can buy in advance of your cruise or onboard (and if you book it in advance the day you buy it on doesn't matter either) There is a discount for the All Pictures package if you buy it in advance, but I think it is only that one and the photobook that are discounted.

As to which is better? that depends on you, your family and what you want to do with the photos.

I was thinking the 10 picture package cause it’s just me on the cruise and the first da is already sold out and that’s why I wondered when you bought it was a difference

It says in the more information section that photos packages will be available for the duration of the cruise. I have my 10 photo package booked on the last day and I don’t expect that to be a problem at all.
