We stayed at AKL 12/04 and had lots of film developed through the resort shop. You can also drop film off at various places throughout the parks and pick pictures up at resort. Hope this helps.
I thought I read that just recently photo developing from the resorts had been discontinued...so I think you need someone who is just back to answer that question. I can't remember where I originally read that.
I knew that film photography was on its way out, but I assumed it still had five to ten years of life left in it yet. I do have a simple compact digital for snaps, but I am still waiting for a digital equivalent of my SLR. (I need an affordable digital camera with the equivalent of 17mm wide angle lens on 35mm camera).
On vacation, I use up a 36 exposure film every three to four days and like to see a set of prints immediately, not wait 'till I get home. I don't want to waste a half day twice a week driving off site to get my film processed. It looks like my SLR has made its last trip to WDW.
I assume the kiosks in the parks will make 6x4 prints as well as burn CDs.
Can I bring our camera memory sticks to these kiosks and have the images burned onto a CD, or placed on flash media? I was contemplating whether to bring the laptop so we can download the pictures each night, so this would save room if they did!
