I just ordered mine last weekend (should arrive this coming Monday). I did not PRE-order. I just ordered after I was done editing my pictures. I paid $59.95 for the price of th CD plus $7.00 shipping, for a total $66.95. They did not charge me any tax - not sure why, but I wasn't complaining! I think that if you want to get a second CD at the same time, it is an extra $19.95 plus shipping to wherever you have it sent unless it is being sent to the same address as the first CD. It takes up to a week to arrive from when they ship it. I hope I helped!
