Photo Pass Share Help - My pictures are missing.

I joined a Photo Pass share with people on the budget board and they were mostly people visiting WDW, so yesterday I uploaded my PP pictures with the ID on my PP card on our shared account..

Now today when I go to edit my pictures, all MY pictures are gone. I can't find them anywhere. Am I missing something??

Hmmm.... I am thinking that perhaps you can not share a Photo Pass account from two different parks??? That is my only thought.
Did you try and re-enter them? Did you ever see them on the account? I am assuming that you did, but sometimes they can take a while to show up.

Perhaps you could call Disney and ask?? I hope you find them!!

Yeah, you can share.. There are about 3 other members going to DLR. The organizer of the group called Disney and asked if it was okay..

When I go to "My Accounts" and it has all the PP numbers that were entered and my number is there! But no pictures. They were there yesterday AFTER I uploaded them too because I went back on PP to show my Mom..

I tried to enter the number again and it won't let me saying another account already has that number claimed..

I'm getting really worried..

Only one other member has uploaded their pictures I sent them and the PP share organizer PM...

I don't know what's going on..

I'm almost in tears... I seriously cannot figure out for the life of me what happened to them. All I did was upload them and I went back on last night to show my Mom and I haven't been on all day until right now..

The only thing I can think of, and I know it's horrible and I shouldn't be accusing people, but only one other person has uploaded and edited their pictures today..

I would be crying as well! Call Photo Pass, they can probably find them for you! I am guessing that people on occasion delete their pictures by accident!

by any chance are they in your computer cache?

Sometimes you can search your computer for .jpg (or whatever format they were) and they will pop up in there.

just a thought...

I'm doing that right now. I looked at them on my computer, DBF's, and my Mom's, so I'll search all three..

Yeah, I PM'd her, but I think she's on her Disney trip right now. I also PM'd the person that uploaded her pictures already..

This is driving me insane!!

Hey there, I saw your post on the share board. I hope they show back up and/or you are able to figure it out. I'm going next week so I hope this isn't a new trend starting. So sorry this happened. I think Tina left her cell phone number in case of issues if you wanted to try to call her.

I am also in this PP share and this has me concerned for you and others in the share. I would be frantic too. Surely they must be recoverable but I do think Tina should be the contact person since her info is on the PP account. Did you find her cell number yet?

I am hoping it gets easily worked out. Keep us posted.
