Photo Pass+ Question

I have preordered photo pass+ for our upcoming trip, we want to do a character breakfast at one of the hotels the first morning we plan on entering the parks before they open. Is there anywhere to exchange a photo pass voucher before you enter the parks or are we just out of luck for that character breakfast?

I have seen and read about others exchange their vouchers at Goofy's Kitchen. I hope that you can because I plan on doing that when we arrive. We are having dinner at Goofy's Kitchen on our arrival night.

"If you have a character meal:: booked before you are going to enter the parks (e.g on arrival day) then the best option appears to be to let them know you have Photopass +, but to purchase the photo package at the restaurant, and when you activate/ redeem your Photopass+ request a refund (and for the digital copy to be added to your account). Some people have been able to just let the restaurant know they have it, and then pick up their photos the next day when they activate their vouchers. However others have lost their photos that way."
