Can anyone provide a list or give ideas on where the "special" photo pass pictures are taken? One time we had a picture of my daughter holding a baby lion at Animal Kingdom. But this was the only place we were offered this "extra magic":wizard:

DHS we had been on the street, and they had us pointing down to the ground and stitch was there. At MK and Epcot main area, you can get Tinkerbell in your hands. and there are some more that Stitch eating ice cream but i never saw them. Here is a link i had from earlier this year that had some neat photos (both photopass and non photopass)

it is a good deal if you take alot of pics. For us, we could get the whole family in many of our pics instead of 1 always missing taking photos. But the Price of individual photos are a bit expensive(5x7 smallest size) if you get enough and want a disk, then you can decide if the pics they have are different then what you get, and if it is worth it or not. There is not cost to get the card and view them so you may as well do it. Wehn you get home you can always decide to pass on ordering it. ;)

One other thing to think about is if you order the CD before your trip you can get if for about $25 cheaper then if you wait and order it after. I have to say tho having just returned from our trip were Tropical Storm Fay perched her wicked-self over Disney we didn't get to use our PhotoPass nearly as much as I would have like to. Who wants to invest money in a bunch of pictures of unhappy people in nasty plastic rain jackets?

Thanks for the info and the links - 12 days to go:yay: I did order the CD The website did say if you change your mind you can get your money back. We have a group of 12 traveling and hope to get alot of nice pic!:grouphug:

If you could have even found a photographer at that time. After Tuesday afternoon of Fay we couldn't find one the whole rest of the week except at the character meet and greet place at Epcot.

Good thing we didn't buy the CD.

of the kids fighting Darth Vader in front of the AT-AT at DHS last week.

I have never had a photopass photog. ask us if we want a special photo, but if I ask if they have one they tell me. It's a shame that more people don't know about it.

[/IMG]and the Jedi Training Academy stage. A photographer was just standing there with a lightsaber, so I asked her if she had a special shot, and it is really cool. Why don't they advertise these at all?

Sorry this is so big.. not sure how to fix it. Notice the home-made Mickey shirt? :)

We did sword fighting with Captain Hook outside Pirates of the Carribean, again, nothing special to let you know they were any different than the regular photopass people other than the background was a side of a building, not a "photo scenery type spot" to set up...if that makes any sense...holding tinkerbell at MK, and Epcot. There are also neat poses they can do, such as dh just inside of Epcot where he looks like he's holding the big ball, pictures in DHS where it looks like the kids are wearing the big hat. Not "magic" shots but a neat way to play with perspective.
