photo pass problem

we just got back (3 families), we are trying to register our photopass numbers and it says that 2 of the numbers are already registered. We haven't lost our cards or registered yet. Does any one know what we can do?

Same thing happened to me. I was registering 3 cards. One of them said that it was already registered. I logged out and the next morning they were all in my account.
