Photo pass plus CD how do I send pictures to CD and apply credit?

I also forget how to do this. We preordered the CD. Today I edited. We have an older computer. How to I get all the pictures ordered to the CD, I think in the past I had to manually check each one. The photopass site is offering the regular CD not the plus. And then remind me also how do I apply the credit to my chart. Thank you, the DISers will answer back faster than the photo site peeps. Also do you still have 30 days after last picture (trip end) before the pictures expire: I ask because it the site is stating picture expired 1/13/13 and do I want to purchase an extendion. When you're done editing, "buy" the CD and at checkout you'll enter the code you got when you prepurchased the CD. That will bring your cost to $0 (assuming you didn't also purchase some other items, like a photobook or mug, etc). All the photos on your account will automatically be put on your CD.
