Photo pass pics? Did I just lose $100?

Ok, so I entered my photo pass card after our trip about a month ago and now they are gone? I know you have 30 days to edit but I didn't want to edit so I left it alone. today, I went to order cd and my pics are gone? Do they just give you 30 days to order cd??!! Ugghh, I'm frustrated! It was my 18 month olds first trip!

Call them. The pictures can likely be retrieved. You'll be expected to pay an extension fee but you should be able to get them recovered.

If they can't recover the pictures, you can get a refund on the $100. No that doesn't take away the sting of losing those pictures (the really painful part of this) but at least you aren't out the $100 on top of that.

Update: they gave me a ten day extension (no charge). They said they have been having trouble with the reminder emails that tell you photos are going to expire (mine expired 3 days ago). So heads up for anyone who is waiting to order their cd.

Are you sure you don't want to do a few boarders?

I love the Animal Kingdom ones. I wish they would do the Magic Kingdom, Epcot and DHS ones again like they use to have.

The boarders are added in addition to the original photo.

I actually did do a few borders. I was so happy to have my pictures back that I played around with them and went ahead and ordered my cd

I'm glad you did some boarders. That's my favorite part. I try to get all the different boarders. There are some I won't have-just married, anniversary, family reunion, etc. I try to make sure I have at least one photo with the other boarders.

Just fyi.... they must have access to the items for awhile as a few years back I bought a photobook in Dec. I had taken my 21 year old niece who had cancer. She passed in March and at the funeral everyone kept looking at the book.(I only had one copy) I emailed them and they sent me three more copies of the book FREE of charge.
