I pre bought my photo pass CD and professional album before I left for my trip June 16. I was under the impression that the photo pass CD included the professional park shots. Now I see that Disney is charging separatly for the Photo Gallery. I didnt take some sceene shots because I was going to use the professional ones included on the Photo Pass CD. Now it says I am supposed to pay for it?:confused3

If I pre purchased shouldn't I get what was described at the time? Has anyone else ran into this problem?

Also, how long do you have to create your photo CD and Album?

I've never heard of them charging for the photo gallery?? I do know that you have about 30 days after the date the pic has been taken to order your pics.

Have you tried calling o see what the deal is?:confused3

Are you talking about the stock park and resort shots? If so, they are not part of the Photopass CD - I don't think they ever have been. I remember last year when I was going through my own photos, the prices for the pro shots were very expensive.

I'm not sure where you read that these shots were included - I remember reading on the website that they were not included, so I don't think you have much recourse there. But on the bright side, you can find tons of stock shots either here on the DIS (you should visit the Photo board), or, do an Internet search for other private websites that have these shots available.

Regarding how long you have - you have 30 days to initially get your shots, and then you have an additional 30 days after that to actually edit and order your photos.

Good luck, Tiger :)

I know that if you do have a private session that you can get them put on to your CD I just don't know if that is an extra charge??

Thank you. I was wrong about the included shots. FYI this is what I found out.

I called photo pass people and they said that they only provide Gallery Photos for the photo book. They also said that the 30 days start when you attach your first photopass to your log in. My understanding is that you get 30 days from first picture to attach or buy your photopass, then another 30 days from that point to process it. If I would have known that, I would not have typed my photo passes in so soon, as I am going out of town in a week and wont have access to a computer. She did say I could add a 10 day extention at a day or two before mine runs out. Couldnt do it now though.

Also, some of our photos were not included in a photo pass. I need to figure out the day and time of the photos and the CM said that they can usually find lost photos.
