Photo pass help please?

I'm just sorting out my photo pass pictures adding borders to them but the magic shot pictures aren't showing up such as tinkerbell on hands, sim a in our arms ect. Please could you tell me if they don't show up till you order the cd? Or if there is something wrong? I can't remember from last time. Thanks

Call Disneyphotopass and tell the CM what the problem is, They will fix it as long as your photos have not expired. They're very helpful!

Call or email Photopass and they fix it

Magic shots should appear online - I have had it before and they fixed it really quickly.

Mine weren't showing on the new site but were on the old one so not sure if that's the case with yours but hope you get it sorted!
