Photo Pass at Typhoon Lagoon Moonlight Magic?

We are doing just a short three day stay before our cruise, and are attending Moonlight Magic at Typhoon Lagoon, as well as one other park day. I was planning on just getting the one day memory maker for our park day, but then I wondered, will there be photo pass photographers at TL? I don't remember getting many photos before when we went to TL. Thinking we would probably be better off at TL to just purchase individual downloads as opposed to purchasing Memory Maker?

There were PhotoPass photographers with the characters during the TL MM event last year (2017).
