Are photo pass photographers there for the park opening at blizzard Beach during the summer months? Where are they usually within the water park and do any characters meet there?

In August 2013, Photopass photographers were there early in the day. We got pics on Summit Plummet, in the lazy river, and near the front of the park with Summit Plummet in the background.

We saw Goofy in swim trunks a few years back....cute photo op but no photo pass photographer was at that location. There was one at the end of the lazy river by a large Mickey head made from floaties too.
Another fun tip....we got there very early and my son (and his brother too) were chosen to "test the park" before it opened. He went down Summit Plimmit before the park opened. He also got a medallion to wear all day, and we were given a free cabana with towels for the entire day! Quite a treat!

Awesome, thanks! Great photos, by the way. Appreciate you sharing.

Where was Goofy when you saw him and was he there early?
What an awesome pre-open experience. Just how early were you there to do that one?

We only found three in each WP. I won't share the pictures though....well maybe this one:]

Nice picture. So what were the 3 places in Blizzard Beach? Same as what Gina-Gina-Bo Bina mentioned above? Or different since this sled looks like a different spot?

Thank you all!

Goofy was walking around over by the sand volleyball courts when we saw him. I don't know if he actually had a location or just walked around the park.
I think we were there probably 30 minutes early? First in line paid off for us!

In my pic above we saw Goofy as we were walking out of the park after leaving the changing rooms - he was over by all the sleds which is a great photo-op area even if you don't have photopass/memory maker. I think maybe once or twice I've seen PP photographers in the water of the lazy river or the wave pool but never close enough to us to take advantage.

Great, thanks, and nice photo! I was posting before at the same time you did, appreciate the information.
