If we get the PhotoPass card and pre-order the CD for about $100....
I know we can find the Photo Pass photographers in the parks.
Nice way to have a family picture taken with DH in it too :rotfl:

If we do take pictures with our digital camera - :confused3can we use our memory card from our digital camera :confused3and ask at a WDW photo place - like the one on Main Street in MK or the one below the globe in EPCOT - and :confused3have the pictures on our memory card added to our Photo Pass card #:confused3?

I mean taking the photo's from our digital camera memory card and then when we buy the CD online, it wil contain both our pictures we took on our digital camera and all the pictures the Photo Pass photographer's photos which were taken of us in the parks ?

:woohoo:If can do the above - I think the Photo Pass CD will be worth the money.:woohoo:

Thank you for any and all help :)

Will not work. The Photopass pictures are transmitted over an internal Wi-Fi network directly from the photographer to a central computer; They do not have to wait for the photographer to return to a central location to do a dump of the card.

But they will take photos using your camera for you.

I'm not sure about them adding the pics from your memory card at the parks, but you can do it at home. We will get home and load up the pics we have taken to the photo pass account and add borders and stuff then order the CD. I recommend asking the photo pass photographers to take a picture with your camera as well. DW loves Eeyore and last trip we got home and somehow her pic with him wasn't on there. We did get one of a real cute little girl meeting him though :rotfl:. Guess the cards got switched when they scanned or something :confused3.

Thank you !

I think we will do the pre-order photopass CD for $100 and look for those WDW photopass photographers in the parks.
:goodvibesLike a hidden Mickey find :goodvibes

You can upload your personal photos from your own camera onto your photopass account, but they will not appear on the photopass CD. Only photopass photos uploaded by the PP photographers will appear.

If you want a Disney CD (with borders, etc) of your personal photos, you must order the Personal Photo Archive CD (I think it is about $20)

I'm jumping in here also, because this is just a tad confusing. With the archive CD- do you order that when you get home from the trip? TIA

When you logon to see your pictures when you get home you can edit all photopass taken pictures, add icons, etc and then add stock disney photos and all of your digital photos from you own camera and then edit them to add icons and borders as well. Then have them send the cd.

In other words you may 75 photopass taken pics, then you could each of them several ways and resaved, then add stock photos and your own. We had something like 700 pics by the time I requested the cd be sent.
