Photo Pass + and Magic Bands

Hi all! My family of 11 is going to Disney for a week in December. We are staying in three different rooms and have been lucky to be able to get the Magic Bands for our visit! My question...I've been told that the Photo Pass is now linked to your Magic Band. As a family, we purchased one PhotoPass+ and are wondering if it will work the same way it has in the past. It used to be that you could walk up to any of the photogs and get another card for the photo pass. Then you could link the cards all to one account at the end. Has anyone experienced this or does anyone have any suggestions. I'm thinking that the photogs are still gonna have to have cards, as not everyone is going to have a Band. Can we still have multiple cards and link to one account? Any help is greatly appreciated!

I talked to a Disney Castmember about this. You will still need to take the Photo Pass Plus lanyard with you for character dining, etc. You can still get the photo pass cards from the photographers and add them as usual. Also, any attraction photos also need the lanyard. However, you have up to 48 hours to return to the attraction with the lanyard and the number for the picture in order to receive your free print, etc.
