Photo package - which stateroom is charged?

We are taking our SIL and family on their first Disney cruise in January. Our family is booked in one stateroom, and theirs is across two. I was considering buying her the unlimited photo package as this is likely to be the only cruise they ever go on.

If I am logged in to my Disney cruise, and am under my stateroom, if I select to purchase the package for my SIL’s stateroom, whose stateroom will be billed for it? I’m trying to make it so that I pay for it, not her. Our staterooms are linked so I can see all reservations when logged in, so I’m able to select hers but I worry that it’ll charge her stateroom for the purchase.

It would be her stateroom who gets billed. The easiest way for you to pay for it is book it under her stateroom and you add credit to her room for however much the photo package is.
