I was just looking at my Universal Multi Day tickets and they say "Photo ID required". Do we really all have to bring our Drivers License????

Without carrying purses or bags, it will really be a pain!!!!

Thanks!:sad2:

On the brighter side, we're leaving tomorrow!!!:cool1: Be at Universal on Sunday!!

You don't normally have to carry photo ID since the tickets will be "attached" to you by your finger scan. It's not wise to not carry a photo ID though. You may need it for something completely unexpected and a drivers license doesn't take up a lot of room...no more than a credit card. I'd never go anywhere w/o mine.

I have seen plenty of people have problems at the gate with the finger scanner and be asked for photo ID.

The reason for finger scan and photo ID's is so you cannot hand your ticket to someone else to get in with it.

Our group had that issue last visit. We hadn't used our passes for a while and one of the cards wasn't working properly. We had gotten there for early entry but by the time the issue was settled because of lack of ID, we had lost 1/2 of our early entry. It was very annoying. Of course the one person who didn't bring ID was the one person whose scan wasn't registering.

They took the card to see if it was on their stolen card list and all sorts of things. It was very annoying but completely understandable. I wasn't angry with them but annoyed that we all hadn't remembered our ID.
