I've never been to DL but I'm going to guess that it is something inside the DL hotel. Sorry I don't know the proper name for it.

P.S. I was so intriqued with the crazy changes made to the pictures that I played with a few photo programs and found one that makes all the changes. Thanks for the inspiration!!
