I'm a beginner photographer with a superzoom Nikon. I've been using picasa to edit my pictures but I want to be able to "edit out" people in the background. For example, tonight I took a great picture of my boys in their band uniforms but there are other band kids in the background that I can't crop out.

Help please....

Photoshop Elements will let you clone things out. It isn't automated at all in Elements (it can be somewhat automated in Photoshop CS5 and CS6), but cloning out a small area is relatively easy. A large area, well it depends on what is in the background.

Download the trial like suggested, it's a full version of Elements that will work for 30 days. Then google clone stamp tutorials.
