i heard it is a good idea to photo copy your tix's and if you oo loose your tix's disney will give you new ones (and of course cancel your old onese) has anyone lost there tix's then got new ones this way? Just wondering I have a9 day ti's I just dont ever want to loose them and then be out all that $

I left my ticket in a fastpass machine once. When I realized it and went back it was gone. I had a copy of my ticket back and went to guest relations in the park and they replaced my ticket, very easy.
And I got that tip from this board and now I always copy my tickets.

How do you copy them if you don't get them until you check in? Will the CM at your resort mind making copies for you?

Do you know that when I received my (discounted) tickets from Ticketmania, they also included a photocopy? How cool is that!

I was also wondering how to get a copy if you don't get tickets until check-in. Is it good enough to have numbers or something written down ?

The tickets that are photocopied are the paper tickets, the ones you get from other sources, not Disney resort. The tickets on your room key don't need to be copied, if you lose your room key they will issue you a new one at the hotel, just notify them ASAP. HTH.

If you have not copied down all the numbers, names, and codes on the back of the ticket, your chances of replacment in case of loss or theft are extremely poor with only your word to go by.

If you did not copy down the codes, etc. but have your purchase receipt handy, your chances of replacement are at least fair.

If you did copy down the numbers and codes, your chances of replacement are very good but not perfect.

You can copy down the information using pencil and paper if no photocopier is available.

If you are staying at a Disney Resort, they will make a copy if you ask them to. That being said, when we had thought that we had lost our daughter's room key/ticket, all she had to do was was go to the front desk and show her ID in order to get a new room key/ticket reissued. When they do this, they will tell you that you will no longer be able to use the old one if you do find it.
