We're planning to take our first trip to Universal Orlando in December.

Looking to see what the experts here think about Photo Connect.

Is it worth the $50 to order the prepackage before the trip? Is it ever cheaper?

I've read some trip reports here that list it at $40-45.

We'll be at the parks for 3 days, just wanted to make sure that it was worth it before I bought it.

I pre-ordered it at $50. The $10 discount wouldn't work for me. (That was a few months ago - not sure if the discount is available at all any more.)

Anyway, it was worth EVERY penny. We LOVED the mobile app - it was so fun to log on to my phone and see our pictures appear just a few minutes after they were taken!!

I agree. We also loved the app. Ae sure you get the pictures they take in the ET gift shop. They are adorable!

When you pick up your pass in the park, ask about the unlimited print package. We bought it in April for $25, and it was 1 free print of every picture taken. You could pick up the ride prints right at the rides, and get any roving photographer/character prints at the photo center. We loved it.
