Photo connect during HHN

Are there photo connect photos you can get during HHN? I'm trying to decide if it is worth getting for our trip at the end of September. I have never been to Universal, so this is all new to me. Also, can you get an APH discount for this? Thanks

yes, i got a free photo star card when i booked a private rip tour for hhn
used it for group pictures that night.

Sometimes you can get cool street pictures too, as they have photographers walking around...
