I was uploading photos to Walgreens today..
noticed they have a code good until May 30th..
SUMMER5

good for 50 prints/ $5.00 (of course anything over that is 10 cents a print too w/ that code!)

I spent 20.00...but they don't discount the collage prints....but I needed them for their epcot paper bag albums and the 4H individual photos for their bio pages...

It gives the matte option for mail orders only... Sorry... but if you don't need them right away it would work!!!

Mine said to call right after placing the order and ask for Matte. Not sure if all of them are willing to do it but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Whether they do matte or not varies by store. My store definitely does matte. In fact, the True digital size (4x5.3 or whatever it is) ONLY comes matte. (I learned that the hard way!)

NEE, I'll have to check that out today.. I got the true digital for the first time.... hmmm...

BAMB, I understand... we are done w/ everything but awards days at the schools.. our high school is doing NOTHING for their last day... well, yes they are... they are having FINALS on the very last day of school.... but there is no celebration for them.. It's said, they work so hard and they have to continue to work up until the bell rings to end the school day/year.. I have no problem w/ finals Tues & Wed... but Thurs..they are going to be bouncing off walls..and to have 5 finals in one days is absolutely ABSURD! I've voiced my strong dislike of that...and suggested maybe if they didn't over the ability for the kids NOT to arrive at school til the final classes; we'd have a good attendance rate! DUH!

The 8th grade graduation is the 17th (conflicted with HS) and the last day is the 18th so we are having the Best Buy Guys come back with the Wii's as an incentive for the 8th graders to come back. We're just having class parties and the Wii day for the last day.

gotta run! Late for my library duty, meeting with the computer teacher and incoming 8th grade elections (DS12's class). OY!

joyah! I'm so sorry... it did it to me the other day too...

I got my photos and it does look like the tru digital are matte.. while my 4x6 photo collage are definitely glossy.... I like the glossy look.... but I love the tru digital on pages too....

No worries I hadn't even gotten that far. I finally called and they aren't compatible with windows explorer 8 so she has to send me some picture thingy. I'm waiting on that. My friend Maggie and I were just on the phone
and she went back to 7 and she's got it doing something weird.

I'm going to wait for the photo thing and then give it a whirl.

I think dh has window xp or something on here... no number thing... hope it gets worked out... its just frustrating when you want to get something done and than it hangs..
Ok, speaking of which, I need to get off my butt and get some papers pulled for scrappin' tomorrow.. it's a me day... as the kids have said since DH and DsS14 are leaving at 6:30am for the weekend that they want to just chill.... so who am I to argue..
I actually have about 6 things that need done this weekend.. the first thing being the flat stanley book for DS8 to take to school on Tuesday to show his classmates... I have 3 more visits to complete... but I have my ideas an sketches so it should go pretty quick.. I should out-do my goal of 50 LOs this month!!! (whow! this month is almost over.. ok, someone slow down the year a bit.. it's almost 1/2 over already...)

So I guess it has to do with internet explorer version 8. Alot of people have had trouble with it so if you haven't upgraded to that version of explorer DON'T!!!
I just downloaded this picture mover thing but won't get a chance to try it till tonight we have a dinner get together. Will post how it goes.

Thank god took a while and I have to open it as I'm adminstrator of the computer but I got 2 orders uploaded this am one was 170 pics and the other 148!!! I must be nuts!!!! I'm already so far behind and these 10cent sales make me print more (course it's the ONLY time I print). I'll pick them up in the morning to lazy to go out today. I'm on a mission to clean the
(s)craproom with the boys and I all scraping and the office in another corner and the futon in here you can't find anywhere except the office chair to sit. I've found the boys desk and chair my desk and chair the work center in between the 2 areas and the bulk of the floor. Off to find the futon and the rest of the rug in front of it. If I don't come out will soneone please send in the dogs I'll be buried under the landslide.
