its free and you can upload images and videos to it and then post them in other places(forums, websites, ect) granted you know the websites Image HMTL coding

edit- just did a test run of making an account to make sure it was still free and it is.
it ask for a Cell Phone #, skip that

cope just the URL and blick the Insert Image button on DIS when posting and paste the URL in there
