The brightness on the bottom is my headlights, and the red lights in the corners are from my dashboard. The moonlight looked too cool not to try to get it!

I agree, Princess - lots of interesting things going on in your area! I can't believe some of the shots you get! :lmao: Kudos to you!

Well we are winding down another Hunt. If you've got any photos left, get 'em in! (Although they'll always be welcome, even after it's over officially.)

I'd welcome feedback. It seems like participation was down this time around. Was it the categories? Too many choices? Or what? Please be honest. I'd also welcome ideas for a Summer Hunt if people want to do it.

Pea-n-me - Thanks again for organising another hunt. From my perspective, I thought the categories took a bit of thinking through if I was going to get the appropriate matching shot. I found this one a little more challenging than the previous ones because phrases were harder to remember than items.

Aside from that, it was great.

I've just come back from a vacay in Hong Kong; and I might have four or five........thousand pictures from the last 12 days. I think I'll be calling my participation in this hunt over rather than subject you all to more. :rolleyes1
But the pictures will be going up on my PTR/TR if anyone is interested.

Thank you Linda for once again organising a fun time!
I have had a bit of difficulty with this one, but not because of the hunt itself. ;)
I agree with PrincessinOz - it was harder to remember phrases, rather than items. Normally I would cut and paste to a document, but for some unknown reason my computer wouldn't let me!! :confused3 (Of course that had nothing to do with the operator...!!! :rolleyes1 ;) )
I thoroughly enjoy doing the scav hunts - you would not believe how many categories I still find from hunts past!!
It has been great seeing everyones photos so far, too. Thanks to you all for sharing! :flower3:
I would be interested to hear what others think. :surfweb:

I enjoyed this hunt but as stated above, the categories were a lot harder to remember. I did print a compact version to carry with me, but I didn't always have it with me. And even when I did I would get home and look at it and see some categories I could have shot. Quickly scanning down the list wasn't enough for this hunt, I had to read and think more about each category. But I also didn't get out very much either so it was not all that. Dh and I have been repainting/wallpapering every room in the house with a goal to get it done before DS's get home from college. Then we can go on our WDW trip a week after they get home and just enjoy the rest of the summer. We have one bathroom and 2 very large rooms to go!

I am looking forward to a summer hunt. I think I would like it to be more traditional (because they are easier to remember), but with some categories like last hunts thrown in too (because they were fun to try and come up with shots that fit).

I love the photo hunts but didn't participate in this one. :sad1: I don't like cold weather, not that it was that cold this year, and I just couldn't remember the phrases. I am looking forward to the summer and another hunt, maybe a little more traditional.

I really enjoyed having the phrases to shoot, and while I never got some of them covered (and couldn't remember them all), I still really liked the creativity aspect of it. As Twigs said, if it's a more traditional list, mixing in some of the phrases would be good- keeps me thinking! I'm looking forward to the next hunt! Whatever choice is made for the next hunt, I'm sure it will be just as fun. Thanks for putting this together!!

Thanks for the specific feedback. I agree it was definitely more challenging and harder to remember all the phrases. Heck, I put it together and I couldn't remember them all sometimes! But I did think it was fun to do and to see what people came up with. I'm thinking of the next Hunt and what might work for it. If anyone has ideas, let me know. Look for it toward the end of May.

This one was definitely harder to find things that fit the phrases. Can't wait to see the next one. Thanks for doing this!!

do we all need to organize a treasure hunt for that piece of paper? I am looking forward to this scavenger hunt since my computer conked out on me before I could participate in the last one.
