I've called the dining phone resv. line a few times and always felt rushed...or that they were just too quick to give up. The reason is, as I've recently found out, a lot of the dining agents work from home and they are now paid by the call instead of by the time they're on the phone.
I'm so glad I discovered how easy the online reserv. are...won't be calling anymore!
