I just called to change resorts on a room only reservation. I checked for availability on-line before calling and saw the rate (for POFQ) for a Garden View room was $225 a night. We are only staying at POFQ three nights after six nights at a DVC resort. I called to change and the agent quoted a total--it seemed high to me, and while I was on the phone with her I looked up the rate on-line again and what my total would be on-line and it was $75 less total! She said she couldn't tell me what the nightly rate was (which they told me when I originally booked Pop so don't understand why she couldn't see that) but it only gave her a total. So now I've booked a second reservation on-line at the lower rate and will need to cancel the other reservation. I just don't understand why the rates would be different--but this is a head's up that when you call in you are not necessarily getting the "lowest" rate!

Maybe, third adult? , or they put in something wrong within the system. Quote with tax vs. no tax. Just throwing some things out there, I’ve made mistakes in those before.
