Hi been trying to get throw to MS on the free phone number without any luck today , never a problem before
been trying on 1800 800 9800

anyone any other numbers

Thats the only number I have other than 2 country access codes for England non for Ireland I am afraid.

I usually dial an AT&T free phone number first then your number without the 1 in front of it
