According to the Universal guide book in front of me, Emeril's is the only Citywalk restaurant that accepts reservations. You can call the PS request line at 407-224-2424 between 8-4 same day only, but it's only available for Motown, Pastamore, Hard Rock, Margaritaville and sometimes Marley's and O'brien's.
