Phone Number for Member Satisfaction?

Does anyone have the phone number for Member Satisfaction?

My brother is at Jambo b/c Kidani "bumped" them from a room due to being overbooked even though they checked in online prior to arriving today (as in they are homeless at the moment). They are trying to get squeezed in at Jambo and are paying OOP for Boma even though they already paid for a dining plan :furious:

I know Member Satisfaction has an email address, but does anyone have the actual number to contact someone? Thanks!
 
It's not a public number so it can not be listed here. Calling MS you can get transferred.

I would talk to the resort manager and politely let them know that this is not acceptable.

Thanks for the fast response. I wasn't aware that MS had the ability to transfer to Member Satisfaction. He's been going back & forth with the Kidani supervisor for an hour and finally had to leave so that they won't miss Thanksgiving dinner.

AKV is my home resort but I've never not had a problem with the front desk re my reservation and this is disappointing. Good thing they're moving to VGF tomorrow so maybe that will give them a fresh start.

One problem is that you are not there and you are getting the reports second hand. We have found that Disney makes a lot of mistakes but they usually make things better if you can talk to the right people. They do not like confrontation so often you will be given a CM who has the job of dealing with guest problems. The GM at the AK resorts seems to care if you can get to her.

We were given one of the Kidani savanna view rear of pool view rooms a few years ago. After deciding that the view was not acceptable to us, I went to the front desk and discussed getting a different room. The front desk CM told me that they get a lot of complaints about those rooms and they were fully booked.

That upset me even more so I asked the duty manager to put me in touch with the GM. Someone from her office called me and I invited the GM to our room for a meeting. She and her people showed up, we discussed the rooms views, she saw the issue for herself, said that she would look into it, sent us some Disney magic and the next day moved us to another room.

The next year Disney/DVC change those rooms to standard view so I have to guess that talking to the right person in charge helped.
