Phone Interview Tonight!

My phone interview is tonight. Very excited, a little nervous. Can't wait, though.

Just finished my phone interview. I think it went really well!

2-4 weeks can't come soon enough.

Yeah the wait is absolutely killing me...it's been 5 days since my interview... UGH! Lol

Since you've already been in the program once...do you think its likely you won't be accepted again? Seems to me like you'd be a shoe-in.

My lead thinks I should be accepted since I'm a cast member but I don't know.. I'm thinking they don't really look at that as much.

I know someone who is a seasonal cast member who was denied last semester, so I am not going to count any chickens before they hatch.. I also interviewed for different roles this time and have a couple points on my record card... time will tell!

^^Welllll. I'm not exactly sure, because I don't know if he's given me every detail. What he said was that he put down he'd be willing to do like 4 roles...and they only interviewed him as putting down 1--photopass. I mean, I feel like most people would talk to their interviewer and be like--no, I actually put down 3 others, there must be a mistake, yadda yadda--and maybe he did (idk that)...he also mentioned he'd be willing to go back to his old location (Pirates)..and was still denied. I'm not sure if there's MORE to the story, or there actually was a flub with his app...

I DO know that for my interview she was like wow, you put down a bunch...so pick your top 4.. don't know how likely it is that something would go wrong?

hmm...interesting. Definitely sounds like a unique situation. I had a friend that applied for the CP when I was a campus rep and he interviewed but never heard anything back! And I was a rep so I got the list of people that were made offers and he was never on the list. So I guess he just fell through the cracks...Rare, but I guess mix-ups like that happen! He decided not to pursue it anyway so he didn't call to straighten it out. I kind of wish he did though. I want to know what happened!

But yeah, maybe there's more to your friend's story...reprimand perhaps? Or maybe there really was some mistake with the application. Who knows.

It happened to my roommate...she worked retail at home and got put into merchandise..

But I doubt they'd do that if you had no experience in that particular role...

My interview went REALLY well.

Honestly there are people that get what they did previously. But you can tell them you don't want it.

She asked me if I wanted merch again, and I said no thanks, I'd like to do diffrent roles. And she said ok.

My roommate did merch her first time and her 2nd time, she just didn't wanna work in her same location....

As for me, I'd kill for my same role and location haha.

I wouldn't...decline, lol if they stuck me back in Tomorrow land merch.

But I'd prefer one of my first two choices. lol

^^I can understand that lol...she works at Port Orleans though.. I imagine it's not as crazy as Tomorrowland.

Yeah, One of my roomates worked at Fort Wilderness in merch, and said that resort merch was annoying lol, she didn't like how slow it was. She often picked up hours in downtown.

Tland was so fast paced and active, Millions of people. lol I loved all the hussle though, it was more the cast for the most part that kinda made me not want to get stationed there again. I picked up hours in every land in MK except Toon, and I was by far happier else where.

Now leaders have changed though, so it might be diffrent. Its a great time though.
