Phone # for buses

I'm just wondering what the phone number for Disney Transportation is. I want to program it into my phone so that I don't have to hunt around for it if we get into a problem with buses and my ECV. Seems like many people lately have had issues and I want to be prepared. I looked on the sticky, but didn't see it, doesn't mean it's not there, but reading comprehension isn't my strong suit right now. If it didn't come out of my head, forget it...

What my DH did was program the resort number (which is a calling center, not actually the resort number) and the general WDW number into his cell phone. When we have had problems, we just called one of those and were transferred to Transportation quickly and without any problems.

We did have a phone number directly to transportation, but I didn't post it for several reasons - one is that phone numbers like that might change while the resort and general numbers are more likely to stay the same, another is that giving it out here might mean people would call with general questions before they go (overwhelming the system).

Once you get your resort room, you will find pre-programmed buttons on the phone to various departments, including Transportation. If you want to pre-program it into your phone after you get there, I'd suggest asking for the number at the front desk or using the button to call and asking them.

I'm anxiously awaiting another set of test results which means I obsess over everything else and this is just one of those things. This is going to be my last vacation for awhile so I want to make sure it's perfect.
